Catholic Charities Immigration Program is recognized by the United States Department of Justice (DOJ). DOJ Accredited Representatives are authorized to provide legal counsel to immigrants on their eligibility for immigration benefits under current immigration law. Representatives provide legal assistance to individuals who are eligible to apply for immigration benefits. The focus of the program is family and/or humanitarian-based immigration services. Catholic Charities' services include personal consultation, application assistance and legal representation for clients.
