Provides Benefit Specialists who can provide you with accurate and current information about private and government benefits and programs that you may be entitled to. Serves Grant, Green, Iowa and Lafayette Counties.

Provides Benefit Specialists, who help older adults (60+) and adults with disabilities with questions and problems related to benefits such as Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, FoodShare and Health Insurance.
Provide information on programs that focus on relieving financial stress; determine if people qualify for those programs; assist in connecting people to appropriate benefits and explain how to apply; help people who have been denied benefits and need to appeal a decision; negotiate with public agencies, medical offices, or insurance companies to resolve problems; and offer referrals to an appropriate attorney when needed.
Provides customers with information and assistance regarding public and private benefit programs, including assistance with application and appeal procedures. Elder Benefit Specialists serve adults age 60 and over, while Disability Benefit Specialists serve people age 18-59 with physical and/or developmental disabilities, mental illness and substance abuse disorders.
Has Elderly and Disability Benefit Specialists who provide information about, and assistance applying for, government and other benefits that you may be entitled to receive. They advocate for you when you have consumer problems and provide referrals to other services and programs when necessary.
Provides long term care options counseling, screening for publicly funded long term care programs (Family Care and IRIS), and information and assistance on home care, nutrition, financial assistance and benefits, and housing options.
Provides Elder and Disability Benefit Specialists. The Benefit Specialists are trained to assist adults living with a disability and older adults (60+) who who want to know more about private or public benefits, who are seeking assistance in organizing the paperwork required to apply for benefits, who are having a problem in securing a public or private benefit, or who have been denied a benefit that they think they are entitled to receive.
The Center for Driver's License Recovery & Employability (CDLRE) works with low-income Milwaukee County residents to obtain a valid driver’s license by: • Resolving active suspensions and/or revocations against current Wisconsin driver’s licenses • Resolving active suspensions and/or revocations against one’s ability to obtain a Wisconsin driver’s license
