Catholic Multicultural Center
The mission of the Catholic Multicultural Center (CMC) Immigration Legal Services Program is to provide affordable immigration legal services to low- and no-income immigrants and refugees who are unable to afford the fees of a private attorney. The CMC also provides community educational sessions on immigration issues. The CMC represents a variety of family-based and humanitarian-based immigration cases, including:
- Family/Asylee/Refugee visa petitions
- Family-based adjustment of status applications
- Permanent residence applications (green cards) for refugees and asylees
- Consular visa processing
- Naturalization/Citizenship applications
- Applications for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
- Document renewals and replacements
- Representation of survivors of domestic violence (VAWA-based applications)
- Representation of victims of violent crimes (U Visa applications)
- Travel documents

CMC does not accept walk-in clients. In order to make a first appointment, new clients are encouraged to call or text at (608) 441-0114 or email.
Other Eligibility
This legal program serves clients earning at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines per their household sizes.
