How to Get Service

To get legal services, you will need to provide:
- Proof of HIV status
- Proof of residency
- Proof of income or zero income
Other Eligibility
- For all legal services, must be HIV positive & above 18 years old.
- No income limit for brief legal advice.
- Must be below 500% of the Federal Poverty Level for Confidentiality/privacy representation, Discrimination representation, and assistance with Estate Planning & Advance Directives.
- Must be below 125% of the Federal Poverty Level for Housing representation & Social Security representation.
