Partial accreditation means immigration counselors can practice before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), but not before the Board of Immigration Appeals or Immigration Judges. All immigration services are based on a fee schedule based on service provided. An initial consultation fee is assessed at time of consultation. Future fees will be discussed during the consultation appointment based on each individual case.
Catholic Charities may be able to assist Afghan and Ukrainian nationals at no cost.
