Indianhead Community Action Agency (ICAA)
ICAA's Legal Assistance for Victims (LAV) program serves individuals who are survivors of domestic violence and/or sexual assault with legal representation in the following areas: Divorce/Separation, Child Custody/Placement, Child Support, and Restraining Orders. LAV serves clients in Barron, Burnett, Clark, Polk, Price, Rusk, Sawyer, Taylor, and Washburn.
ICAA's Civil Legal Assistance (CLA) program is dedicated to those affected by COVID-19 and facing eviction or foreclosure. CLA serves the following 19 counties: Ashland, Bayfield, Burnett, Clark, Douglas, Iron, Florence, Forest, Langlade, Menomonie, Marinette, Oconto, Price, Rusk, Sawyer, Taylor, Vilas, and Washburn.

Other Eligibility
- Must be over 18 years old for all legal services.
- Generally, must be under 250% of the Federal Poverty Level. For some programs, must be under 200%.
- For help with family law issues, must be a survivor of domestic violence and/or sexual assault
