How to Get Service
For assistance, complete the Acknowledgment and Agreement Form on the EDWBA Federal Legal Assistance Program website and submit it, or print it from the website and return a signed copy of the agreement by mail (747 North Broadway, Milwaukee, WI 53202) or email (pro.se@edwba.org).
Other Eligibility
This assistance is for federal cases, it is not for state cases.
