Instead of receiving comprehensive representation throughout your divorce, you may choose to only retain their services to draft documents in the appropriate legal language, review documents before your divorce is finalized or provide legal advice on specific topics. This system allows you to reduce attorney’s fees while gaining some guidance from an experienced lawyer. Examples of unbundled services might include:

• Prepping you to go into a court hearing on your own
• Drafting a petition to modify child support
• Reviewing a prenuptial agreement
• Drawing up the papers for an uncontested divorce
