Aging and Disability Resource Center of Pierce County
The Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of Pierce County provides Benefit Specialists.
The Elder Benefit Specialist provides information and assistance to Pierce County residents 60 years and older regarding Social Security, Supplemental Security Income, Medicare, Medicaid and all other public benefits, as well as assistance with grievances and appeals when necessary.
The Disability Benefit Specialist provides information about public and private benefit programs, such as Supplemental Security Income, including assistance with application and appeal procedures, to people ages 18-59 with physical disabilities, developmental disabilities, mental illness and substance use disorders.
