Aging and Disability Resource Center of Fond du Lac County
The Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of Fond du Lac County provides Benefit Specialists, who help older adults (60+) and adults with disabilities with questions and problems related to benefits such as Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, FoodShare and Health Insurance. Benefit Specialists help you to identify and apply for programs that will best meet your needs, may help with an appeal when eligibility or coverage is denied, suggest alternative actions that you can take to secure benefits, advocate on your behalf with other parties, and refer you to an appropriate attorney when necessary.

How to Get Service
Walk-ins Welcome! You can also call the ADRC or request an ADRC staff comes to your home for a visit. If you do not want to have an ADRC staff member into your home, they can speak to you over the phone or meet you in the office or somewhere you feel comfortable.

You can see a Disability benefit specialist if you:
- Are between the ages of 18-59
- Have a disability

You can see an Elder benefit specialist if you:
