Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic - Estate Planning
The Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic (MVLC) for estate planning offers free appointment-based estate planning services. Estate planning clinics are held once a month at rotating host sites. This program does not assist with Medicaid planning, living trusts, special needs trusts, probate, or transferring property owned by someone who has passed away. Eligible attendees may schedule an appointment to have the following documents prepared:
- Basic Wisconsin Will
- Power of Attorney for Finances
- Power of Attorney for Health Care
- Living Will (Declaration to Healthcare Professionals)
