Legal Aid Society of Milwaukee

Our mission and passion is ensuring that the justice system works for everyone and not just those of means. We represent qualifying families and individuals who have civil legal issues involving housing, government benefits, disability, foreclosure, employment, homelessness, consumer law, eviction, and civil rights.  The intake process is confidential. If we accept your case for representation, the attorney may offer advice, refer you to more appropriate services, or agree to represent you in court.
